Shipping Days

Your orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days depending on the stock status of the products.

Cargoes given on Friday and on the weekend are delivered within the following working day according to the stock status of the products.

Depending on your location, it may take up to 5 working days for your order to reach you by courier. This period may vary depending on the seasonal densities experienced in cargoes, public holidays, and market discount periods.

Cargoes are delivered to your address for one time only. When you are not at your address at the time of delivery, you can receive your cargo from the branch. In order to track the cargo, the cargo tracking number will be sent to you as an e-mail and/or SMS.

As soon as we receive your shipment code, you will be informed by an e-mail.

Although we deliver your orders to cargo without wasting time, problems such as FULL QUALITY due to the density of cargo are situations that develop completely outside of our company. Unfortunately, we do not receive information from cargo companies on this matter. Your orders will be issued by the cargo company on the day your postal codes are sent to you.

We send your order with the cargo company that can deliver it to you in the most trouble-free way.
