COMBINED SKIN

combination skin care, how to care for combination skin, care advice for combination skin

Your skin is a combination of oily and dry skin on different parts of the face. Your skin produces too much sebum in the T-zone. Sebum is the natural oil secreted by our body to protect the skin from environmental factors (temperature, dirt, humidity, etc.). While the amount of sebum around your cheeks, mouth and eyes is deficient, it is secreted more than it should be in the T-zone.

MY SKIN CARE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR COMBINATION SKIN TYPES

It is the most difficult skin type to care for. You need to balance the sebum in the T-zone without drying out the cheeks. Since the T-zone is prone to acne, blackheads and comedones (sebaceous glands under the skin), the toner should be in your skin care routine. You should choose lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizers.

MY PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR COMBINATION SKIN TYPES

1-Cleaning:

When creating a skin routine, I attach great importance to the cleansing of the cleanser without drying or stretching the skin. Hard washing gels unfortunately dry the precious oil (sebum) that the skin produces to prevent moisture loss and cause the skin barrier to thin. With the decrease of sebum, the skin begins to secrete more sebum and you are back to the point where you started. With the weakening of your skin barrier, the skin becomes more prone to acne and blackheads.

Gentle cleaning consists of oil-based products. Cleansing with oil helps balance the skin's precious sebum secretion. As a result, your skin barrier is not thinning. With the gentle cleaning routine, problems such as moisture loss and barrier weakening that are likely to cause you problems in the long run do not occur.

For gentle and gentle cleaning, my recommendation is Evolvy Soft&Gentle Natural Oil Based Cleanser. Click to review .

2- Toning (Tonic) :

There are two aspects to toning the skin after cleansing. The first is that it is a cleaning complement in terms of purifying your pores. Purification of pores for combination skin prevents acne, blackheads and comedones in the medium and long term.

The second is that before moisturizing the skin, it purifies the dead cells responsible for the dry and dull appearance on the skin and allows the moisturizing products to be better absorbed by the skin.

The tonic that I recommend to you contains vitamin B3 (niacinamide), which balances the sebum secretion of the skin, Hyalurnic Acid and Lactic acid to keep the skin more moist.

My recommendation for moisturizing and toning is Evolvy Hydrate Plus Tonic. Click to review .

3- Humidification :

Moisturizing is the most important step in skin care. Moisturizing makes our skin look more supple and lively. Moist skin does not show signs of premature aging. Hydration is very important for combination skin. Because when the skin is dehydrated, it secretes more sebum. Sebum secretion of the skin does not make the skin moist, it prevents moisture loss of the skin. Skin without moisture necessarily secretes more sebum.

The presence of moisture-absorbing ingredients in the humidifier increases the capacity of the humidifier. Hyaluronic acid is a molecule that has the capacity to hold a thousand times its own weight in water. With this feature, it traps the moisture in the environment and offers it to your skin. Vitamin B3 optimizes sebum secretion, which protects the skin from moisture loss. In other words, if it is less, it produces more, if it is too little, it is secreted. Thus, it collects the imbalances in the skin appearance such as dullness and dullness.

The precious oils in its content support the skin barrier and nourish the skin, while essential oils work against aging with their antioxidant properties.

For restorative hydration, my recommendation is Evolvy Renovate & Hydrate Natural Moisturizing Face Cream. Click to review .
